The Australian Wine Research Institute and the Australian Society of Oenology and Viticulture host the Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference (AWITC) every three years. The AWTIC publish proceedings of the scientific presentations of the conference. I have been involved in the production of six of the proceedings, including the last conference held in 2013. Initially I prepared the proceedings for publishing as a book with an accompanying interactive CD-ROM but lately I have been preparing the proceedings as an interactive PDF to be delivered on a USB stick.
